Raysees consumer VCSEL include single-and multi-emitter VCSEL, random and regular emitter layouts, single-and multi-junction VCSEL, as well as addressable VCSEL with high peak power, covering a wide range of optical power from several mWs to hundreds of Watts, and wavelength spectrum from visible light (650nm-680nm) to infrared (808nm, 850nm, 905nm, 940nm).
