VRay™ VCSEL light source product features the highest chip-to-packaging ratio in the semi-conductor optical industry. This product is empowered by integrating our state-of-the-art in-house designed VCSEL chips and our proprietary optical integration packaging technique. With wavelength at 850nm, 940nm, VRay™ VCSEL light source is widely used for industry-leading lighting products and different sensing devices. 

It has been developed with a special focus on application requiring low power consumption, high optical power, high PCE, and high reliability. Besides, viewing angle and optical power can be customized depending on the customers’ requirements as well as application scenarios.
