Unique optical design for VCSEL

Leveraging proprietary optical design tools, the team performs precise simulation and optimization, combined with deep expertise in VCSEL device physics and optical characteristics, enabling a closed-loop innovation process from chip design to optical modules and system-level integration.

As an emerging semiconductor laser source, VCSELs differ significantly from conventional emitters in beam characteristics, array architecture, and modulation schemes. Existing mainstream optical design software lacks mature support for VCSEL-specific modeling—particularly in freeform and diffractive optics. This requires strong theoretical expertise, extensive project experience, and in-house development of dedicated optical design tools. Raysees continues to invest in this critical domain, building a differentiated and hard-to-replicate core competency.
