XRAY Series
Raysees Xray products are a series of laser-line modules which combine Raysees in-house VCSEL chip with Raysees unique optical design. Compared with conventional laser-line products using edge-emitting laser (EEL), Raysees VCSEL laser-line module features more uniform laser-line width, larger field-of-view (FOV, 140°), lower power consumption. Either chip-on-board (COB) packaging or barrel packaging can be provided to fit customer’s structural design.
Raysees XRAY sources are mass produced in Raysees own manufacturing lines in Hefei and Shenzhen, under the ISO9001 quality management control.
